Rugged Industrial Design

IP67 Ingress Protection

The professional-grade safety enclosure achieves IP67 ingress protection classification, ensuring complete dust sealing and temporary water immersion resistance. The matte black PVC shell material provides durability against abrasion, chemical exposure, and ultraviolet degradation while maintaining a low visual signature for tactical operations. The built-in pull rod and external lifting cover facilitate rapid deployment from transport cases and vehicle mounting systems.

Environmental Resilience

The S01 Integrated Joysticks Vtol Flight Controller maintains operational capability across extreme environmental conditions. The negative 20 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius operating temperature range supports missions in desert heat, arctic cold, and tropical humidity. Reinforced corners and structural integrity features ensure transport durability during rough handling, air drop, and vehicle transit. The 556 by 358 by 230 millimeter form factor with integrated mobility features enables single-operator transport and rapid field setup.

Dual Display System

20-Inch Industrial Monitors

The dual 20-inch displays provide 1920 by 1080 pixel full high-definition resolution with 16:9 aspect ratio. The LED backlight system achieves 1000-nit maximum brightness with automatic induction regulation, dynamically adjusting display intensity based on ambient lighting conditions. This automatic regulation optimizes visibility in direct sunlight while reducing power consumption and eye strain in low-light environments.

Display Specifications

Each display accepts HDMI input for video sources, supporting connection to external receivers, video switchers, and recording devices. The left and right dual-screen setup enables multi-view operations where operators can simultaneously monitor primary flight instruments, navigation maps, payload video, and system telemetry without display contention or window management overhead.

Precision Control Interface

Industrial-Grade Joysticks

The dual industrial joysticks employ Hall effect sensors for contactless position sensing. This non-contact technology eliminates mechanical wear, friction, and backlash that degrade conventional potentiometer-based joysticks over time. Hall sensors are immune to dust, moisture, and contamination, ensuring consistent control response in field conditions where particulate exposure is inevitable.

Control Layout

The Integrated Joysticks Vtol Flight Controller surface provides two industrial Hall sensor joysticks for primary flight control including pitch, roll, yaw, and throttle axes. Four control paddles enable auxiliary function assignment such as camera zoom, gimbal tilt, or flight mode selection. Two rotary knobs support continuous parameter adjustment including exposure, gain, or velocity limits. Four momentary push-buttons provide discrete command triggers for functions such as emergency stop, return to home, or payload release. Communication protocol support includes SBUS for direct flight controller connection and USB-HID for computer-based ground control software integration.

Integrated Computing Platform

Industrial Control Host

The computing core incorporates the Intel i5-6500T processor, a low-power variant optimized for embedded and industrial applications. The Windows 10 operating system provides compatibility with mainstream mission planning software, video decoding codecs, and data logging utilities. Eight gigabytes of memory supports multitasking between flight control, video display, and telemetry monitoring applications without performance degradation. The 256-gigabyte solid-state storage delivers fast boot times, shock resistance, and reliable operation in high-vibration environments.

Connectivity Options

The S01 Integrated Joysticks Vtol Flight Controller provides comprehensive input and output interfaces including USB ports, network ports, serial ports, and HDMI outputs.
