Screen Cut Button: Self-reset button. Press to cycle display pages on the 4.3-inch data screen.
Emergency Stop Button: Self-locking button. When pressed, all PTZ, water monitor, and vehicle body operations are forcibly disabled. Corresponding joystick axis values are forced to 125 (neutral position).
4.3-inch Data Display: Capacitive touch screen displaying vehicle-end status data including engine RPM, coolant temperature, and configurable alarm thresholds. Interface navigation via screen cut button.
Transmit Indicator: Flashes at 100ms intervals during active data packet transmission.
Receive Indicator: Flashes upon successful parsing of received data frames.
USB Port: Video recording storage (FAT32, max 128GB). TF-Card takes priority when both media are present. Auto-overwrite oldest files when storage is full.
Fault Indicator: 1-second interval flash indicates video link disconnected; 2-second interval flash indicates data link disconnected; 100ms interval flash indicates code mismatch between remote terminal and transmitter (requires re-pairing); off indicates normal communication.
Communication Indicator: Flashes during active data transmission; steady off when transmission is idle.
Emergency Stop Indicator: Illuminates when emergency stop command is successfully issued to vehicle terminal.
Engine Indicator: Illuminates when engine RPM is non-zero.
Video Transmission Status Indicator: Red light indicates video transmission powered on; dual green flashing lights indicate active data transmission.
TF-Card Slot: Video recording storage (FAT32, max 128GB). Auto-recording begins upon power-on when TF-Card is inserted. Auto-overwrite oldest files when storage is full.
Reserved Button 1: Self-reset button, reserved for future expansion.
HDMI External Interface: Video expansion port outputting 1080P at 60Hz. Display content mirrors the local screen.
FM Box: Adjusts video transmission receiving frequency. Internal fixed-center-frequency filter generally eliminates the need for manual adjustment.
Reserved Button 2: Self-locking button with indicator light, reserved for future expansion.
Coulomb Counter: Displays real-time power consumption and remaining battery capacity.
Power Switch: Self-locking button with green indicator. Press to energize the entire control board.
Water Monitor Reset Button: Self-reset button. Press to command water monitor to return to home position.
PTZ Reset Button: Self-reset button. Long press (4 seconds) sets current PTZ position as preset. After successful setting, PTZ rotates right at constant speed. Short press returns PTZ to preset position.
Vehicle Body Joystick: Two-dimensional universal joystick for vehicle motion control. Vertical axis: bottom-to-top maps to protocol byte values 0-250. Horizontal axis: left-to-right maps to protocol byte values 0-250.
Vehicle Ignition Knob: Two-position rotary switch. Off-to-power-on is self-locking; power-on-to-start is self-reset. Power-on position energizes vehicle systems; start position cranks the engine.

Power-On Self-Check Sequence of Professional Industrial Portable UAV Ground Control Station

Upon power activation, the LKAV 1422 Professional Industrial Portable UAV Ground Control Station initiates an automated self-check and code-matching sequence:

Phase 1 – Self-Check: The system verifies that PTZ enable switch, water monitor enable switch, and vehicle body enable switch are all in the down (disabled) position. It confirms that gimbal joystick, water monitor joystick, and vehicle body joystick axis values fall within the median range of 100-150. It validates that throttle knob value is below 15.
Phase 2 – Code Matching: The system matches the customer code value and synchronizes the code between the remote control terminal and the transmitting terminal.
Phase 3 – Normal Operation: Upon successful code matching, the control system enters operational state and the transmitter begins sending control data to the vehicle.
