In order to further improve the communication performance and environmental perception ability of unmanned aerial vehicles, we have independently developed the third-generation unmanned reconnaissance aircraft communication system.

The new generation communication system SDL IDS3 has stronger wireless image data transmission capabilities and integrates RTK satellite base stations and ADS-B broadcast based automatic correlation monitoring system information receiving modules.

The SDL IDS3 portable long range data-link evolution was designed as UAV communication system , which can transmit up to 30KM in an omnidirectional direction, and 80KM in the directional version. 30 kilometer omnidirectional/80 kilometer directional communication

Compared to the previous generation communication system, the communication capability of SDL IDS3 has been greatly improved, enabling 30 kilometer omnidirectional distance image data communication.

By optimizing automation technologies such as automatic retransmission, automatic frequency selection, adaptive modulation, automatic antenna selection, and automatic power control, IDS3 has stronger anti-interference capabilities and lower operating power consumption. Obtain a more stable communication experience in complex interference environments such as urban airspace.

At the same time, users can choose to configure the ATS automatic tracking communication system, which can automatically track the drone through directional antennas, with a communication distance of over 80 kilometers, giving the drone stronger operational capabilities.

Real time monitoring of link status

Due to the complexity of the actual work environment, flight often encounters problems such as link lag and loss, and lacks effective data support, making it difficult to quickly troubleshoot and accurately locate issues.

In response to the above issues, SDL IDS3 has added real-time monitoring of link status. Through the visual design of SPACE UAV, it can quickly determine whether there is electromagnetic interference in the current environment. This will provide important support for user decision-making, ensuring that each assignment is stable and reliable.

The SDL IDS3 has manual/automatic frequency selection function, which can select a fixed frequency band or automatic frequency modulation working mode based on the interference monitoring results of the working environment.

ADS-B information reception

ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast) system is currently a globally promoted aircraft surveillance technology by the International Civil Aviation Organization. Through the ADS-B information receiving module, UAV drones can perceive the flight situation of surrounding manned aircraft, thereby planning safer and more reasonable flight routes.

By using SPACE UAV ground control software, it is possible to visually view whether there are manned spacecraft nearby and their flight information such as position and altitude.

SPACE UAV will automatically provide alarm prompts based on the flight information of manned spacecraft. When the manned spacecraft is close to the drone, the interface will display prominent alarm information.

RTK satellite base station integration

SDL IDS3 integrates RTK satellite base stations, enabling high-precision flight and landing even in network free environments. No manual configuration or connection is required, the ground station will automatically search for connections to differential base stations. The UAV Drones automatically enters RTK mode after meeting the positioning conditions, ensuring precise and error free every flight.

Dual Type-C interface power supply

IDS3 adopts dual Type-C interface power supply, which can be directly powered by a portable power bank. When the battery is low, a new portable power bank can be replaced without power outage, completely bidding farewell to battery anxiety.

One click quick pairing

The SDL IDS3 has optimized the data link pairing process, enabling one click quick pairing. One ground end can quickly pair multiple drones for use.

Dual antenna high-speed WIFI

IDS3 has significantly optimized its WIFI performance by adopting a dual antenna design, further improving its communication distance and stability, and no longer being disturbed by various wiring harnesses during each operation.

Foldable design

The IDS3 adopts a folding bracket design, which is lightweight and compact after folding. The antenna bracket can be folded during transportation to save space, and can be quickly unfolded and stored during operation, further reducing the time for drone deployment and retrieval.
